DCSE RICHMOND VIRGINIA DCSE NOT ADDING MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER THEY TAKE IT AND MAKE UP STUFF ON WHY THEY ARENT POSTING IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT RICHMOND , Virginia

My daughter is now 5 years old... Back when she was 1 1/2 Her father was and still is on drugs and when the medeator found out that i was a dancer she looked down upon me.. But when i told her that the father was a herion atticd and he smoked weed she said that wasnt good either but came him full custody of my daughter anyways.. I was ordered to pay child support of 442.00 a month. and i wasnt doing that job anymore and the judge didnt want to drop my support down even thoguht its the law she has too... I have been going around and round with dcse.. Making payments my daughters father doesnt get them. So he thinks that i am not paying.. I have proof of all of my payments .. I was suppose to go to court on jan 19th but i live in hawaii cause i have another child with my ex and i have to stay in hawaii cause we have to share custody.. for right at least.. My lawyer was a court appointed lawyer and he lied to the judge and to the courts and dcse also lied to them saying they didnt know where i was nor did i make any payments or did they have any way of getting a hold of me... Which is all lies cause i have let dcse know that i am back in hawaii and my lawyer has emailed me more then once and i have faxes to prove that he had proof of my payments but choose not to do anything with them... I have paid dcse over 5,000 dollars. and they have no recorded of it they took to long to take a 2400 payment and my bank deined it cause they took a month to take the money out.. So they are syaing that all of my payments that i am making is going towards that 2400 that they gave my daughters father without getting the money first... So now i am 5,000 in arrears and have a warrant out for me because of dcse and my lawyer lying saying they didnt know where i was nor had any proof of my payments which they all did... not to mention my daughters grandpa lives there and looks at teen porn and possilbe kiddy porn... I feel like no one is on my side or going through the samething... I tell my daughters father that they are screwing me over and he doesnt beleive me and says dcse wouldnt do that they do this everyday leisa they know what their doing... I am tired of doing what i am supposet o be doing and getting screwed over in return lol.. not to metion he gets money from me but doesnt let me talk to her or see her.. but the judge wont do anything about that either.. i have more if you would like to know more please email me mailto:(((REDACTED)))@yahoo.com
