DDB Or DDB Advertising SCAMMED me out of thousands of dollars! This Company can not be trusted! Venice California

Iana Oviedo from DDM (Venice, CA office) called our company stating that they were in a bind and needed to have 35,000 door hangers distributed within 3 days. We sent her a written quote via email and she called us back within a few minutes. She asked for net 30 terms for the payment. I told her that we do not provide terms because we have to pay our workers daily. She asked if we could make an exception and allow them to pay us within 10 days and then told us that their client was Southern California Edison so we did not have to worry about not being paid. She signed a contact stating that we would be paid within 10 days. It has been almost 2 months and they have not paid us. Their employee Iana Oviedo called our office screaming at me for inquiring about the payment and told me that "You are a joke". You will get paid if we feel like sending you a check. Then she hung up on me. They SCAMMED me out of almost $5,000. I would advise anyone thinking about doing business with this company, whether as a vendor or a customer to do your due diligence. I will be filing a lawsuit, notify all credit bureaus and warning anyone I can about this company.
