I previously represented DDR Motorsport and Diego Grullon in regard to a lawsuit filed by a disgruntled customer who himself breached the contract by failing to make timely payments on the build and who has been dafaming Diego for the past 5 years with false allegations.  This rip off report is dated 1 day before a 2nd rip off report which was posted here which seems to be the work of the same disgruntled customer trying to make it look like there are multiple disgruntled customers.  I know that there is only 1 lawsuit filed against DDR in regard to the MiamiGT kit car which anyone can verify by checking the public records of Dade County, FL at this link:  www2.miami-dadeclerk.com 

I have filed a rebuttal to this bogus complaint as well as the other complaint, both of which lack any merit whatsoever. Diego has built dozens of kit cars for satisfied customers all over the world and stands behind his product. These rip-off reports along with the website this customer put up are nothing but spiteful spamming of the internet in order to defame a good person who always puts his customer first and builds a superior product.
