What is this De Monaco Heritage Fund? Sounds too good to be true. And why do we have to submit money in order to get an acceptance grant? The Federal Government (of which I am a recent retiree) has instructions on how to apply for free grant money. Like the other reports I read on ripoff report.com people have to apply for the grant and you have to be specific about what you want the grant for. It is true, the Federal Government just does not hand out free money. I wonder if the Securities and Exchange Commission should be notified about this? They have an Enforcement Division that goes after companies that try to rob the public.

De Monaco Heritage Fund I received a Grant Confirmation letter from Addison DeWit, Director of Grants and Jacqueline De Monaco(Founder of the DMHF) stating that I was the recipient of an individual grant from the De Monaco Heritage Fund. It stated my benefits would commence as soon as they received Grant Confirmation and the $25 fee from me. On January 15, 2007 I sent them the fee and I'm still waiting for my MONEY. Weston Florida
