Dead Sea Beauty Kit accept a sample - sign up for eternity Internet

At the end of June/beginning July I answered a facebook ad for a special miracle face cream from Dead Sea Beauty Kit and Illumination, both products to be used together, and both offering samples just for the cost of postage.

I received both samples, the one from the Dead Sea Beauty Kit somewhat delayed.  Illumination booked 3.30 euros off my account on 12 July.  Dead Sea Beauty Kit booked off 3.95 on 10 July, then 57.95 on 25 July then 44.95 on 28 August!  I have only ever received one sample from each company.

I told my bank that the 3.95 debit on 10 July was agreed to, but not the payments of 57.95 and 44.95. They told me yesterday that the company says their terms and conditions state that if I don't cancel within a certain time limit after receiving the sample I enter into a contract with them.  I say that if they don't state terms and conditions then they cannot apply.  Terms and conditions were not stated in the Facebook ad.  The sample turned up with no paperwork whatsoever - no terms and conditions, not even an address.  

I have complained to Dead Sea Beauty through the only contact means I have - email.  They have not replied.  The company they were advertising in tandem with, Illumination, did not book anything off my account after the 3.30 euros.
