Deal Dash Paid for Item, Never Received New York New York

Signed up to try deal dash penny auctions early November 2012.  This site allows you to purchase the item you are bidding on thru their "store", at full price (which is way over retail) and receive your "bids back".  I bid way too many trying to win an Xbox controller, so to not waste my bids, I purchased direct from the "store" for $49.00.  Payment was made via credit card on 11/11/2012.  As of 12/17/2012 no item has been received nor will deal dash respond to any email (only way you can contact them) request for status update. looks like I will have to do a charge back thur my credit card company....I'm also still waiting for 2 items I won via bidding to arrive....both of which are past the "you will receive by" date.  All told I'm out over $350.00.
