Deal Empire I purchased 2 sets of hair curlers on 11/09/16. Messaged back from them that my order was on it's way. 11/28.16 still no tracking or merchandise I ordered. Order # DE149201

On 11/07/2016 I placed an order for two sets of hair products. With in minutes I received a conformation that my order was on it's way. I never have received a tracking number nor have I received the product as of 11/28/2016. I have emailed using the email stated and also the phone number. No replys back from the email and phone message continues to tell me I cannot reach this number. Message no?

I have not received my order, I have called multiple times, emailed and Facebook messaged, they tell me I need to track it myself, I have tried to do so, and no luck. I told them this and they give me the runaround, I'm not pleased with the poor customer service
