Paid by credit card, was told they would ship within 5 working days. received no tracking advice, sent five emails since then, no answer forthcoming. Five working days has now become 5 working weeks - and counting...! Internet

I ordered a pair of slimming panties for my wife from The Deal Empire, email address: info@thedealempire.com (via shopify.com), on 22 November 2016. I paid by credit car and received an order number: #DE202675. I was assured that they would be shipping the item within 5 working days. I have sent 5 emails since then asking about the status of my order, but I have had no response.  They say you can use the order number to track the shipment, but there is nowhere to insert the order number in order to track it. They also advertised shipping was free, but when they totalled my order they went and included shipping costs anyway. Does anyone have any info on these ripoffs?
