The Deal Empire Took my money no product, no respond to emails or customer chat. Internet

 I ordered a pair of slimming panties on Nov 22,2016. I received a confirmation email saying they had received my order and it would be shipped shortly. They deducted 24.90 from my checking account immediately. The site stated to come back later for a tracking number. So far no tracking number. There is no phone number on their website to contact them. They do have a customer service email service which I used. I emailed them on Dec 9 and again on Dec 9 and again De 17 telling them to send my product or refund my money. I tried the customer chat but they kept saying there were customers ahead of me and then cut me off. I did tell them if I didn't hear from them by Dec 19 I would report it. I should have read the reviews, which I normally do and would have know it was a ripoff. I used my debit card as a credit card for this purchase so I assume it's not the same as a regular credit card.
