The Deal Empire I order a body shaper on December 12, 2016. I have yet to hear from them. I was not give notice of my order on my email. I called they never answered and hung up. They did access my credit card and took out the money but no product or satifaction. They hung up on me by phone and would not answer my questions on chat. California

On December 2, 2016 I ordered the body shaper from The Deal Empire online.  I was not sent an email conforming my order.  The complany did not hesitate to take money from my credit card.  It is now December 18, 2016 an am still waiting for my order.  I started to research the company online and found out that there is a great number of people still waiting for their orders since November 1, 2016.  I also noticed that through various reports that the product, if they received the item(s) came from China not California.  I have also noticed that if they give you a tracking number and you used that tracking number once then you most likely wont be able to access it again and will need to get ahold of them to get a new tracking number.

I did call the company and they stated via voice message that the waiting time to talk with a customer service representative will be about 10 minutes or more.  Having nothing better to do I waited and for some reason they hung up on me unexpectantly.  Second I did a chat with an Angela (which is most likely not and Angela) and was told my order number and a tracking site in which I refuse to use it because I already been scammed and prefer not to be scammed again.  This Angela did not answer my concerns and eventually cut my off "chat" we have been having.  I posted on Facebook this scam and will follow-up with the Better Business Bureau.  I hope there is some justice in this and a lawyer will look into this because they are making tons of money.
