Simple Escapes, Mwi, Deal Pass ripoff Nationwide

i had $30 in charges from some company called simple escapes, which i have never heard of. they had the same information as aol had from me, including my dorm telephone number, which i gave to aol only as a safety precaution against fraud. i called aol, and they are looking into it, but apparently this has happened to a lot of other people. they gave me the number to dealpass.com, which somehow had my information, and this number said i was a member. they also have two different addresses to contact on their website, labeled "member services"; one in illinois and one in nebraska.

i'm very upset about this, because, obviously, i am a college student and do not have the time or money to deal with this at exam time. i will now have to lose my debit card for 10 days until visa can send me a new one. this card is my only means of money. i also have to file a fraud report with my bank, which will take some time and may not even help.
please help me remedy this situation
