However there is no such company I strongly urge and implore people who is looking for a lender please do not go to him he has taken 2000 from our company and presented paperwork which use such language as your loan will be closed in thirty days and basically after time goes by thee will be no loan. Terry Stull, President of Banc of Merchantile on June 24, 2014 issued a letter for a loan commitment to our company, Global Modular Group consequently, for the loan review we paid $2000.00 for a review in which that letter of commitment stated there would be a process that would require thirty days for this review. In the month of July Terry Stull stated, we have were in a final review however when requesting loan documents to be sent to our closing attorney Terry Stull alluded all request and sent our loan to another investor. The investor turned our loan down we requested our mony back and Mr Stull once again avoided the request to return our money. 

Mr Stull is a fraud and I will not stop until the department of Justice looks into this company who represents themselves as a lender but in fact scams companies into giving fees for a loan that shall never take place. Mr Stull issued a letter of commitment to Global for the amount of 3 million  dollars for a modular development project in June 2014 and has not performed any services and therefore have defaulted on His contract to lend Global funds based on a review which never took place. As of September 3, 2014, Banc of Merchantile, where Terrance Stull is the president has not performed any services for fees which were issued for a loan.
