This site is a total joke.  For one, you pay up to 60 cents per bid, which gives you a whole 60 bids on a $36 package.    Some products (the good ones) can cost up to $150 or more per item.  Okay, now you've got a say $600 that is getting $4500 from all the bidders (at an average of 30 cents paid per bid) and then the buyer still has to pay the $150.

The larger ticket items take up to 12-24 hours to complete (once they open the bidding) and they have this "bid buddy", which basically automatically takes your bids in order until they are depleted, alternating you with other bid buddy users which just jacks up the price and gives you absolutely no guarantee.  Pretty much all you're guaranteed is to lose your bids.  I've been in at least 10 auctions and everyone of them has gone over the "predicted amount" and lasted for hours at a time.  Total waste of your money

Do not listen to "SorryMyTurn".  This woman goes to EVERY site that may comment about DealDash and will praise them to high heaven.  Look at their facebook page, she is ALL over it.  She even goes on Squidoo pages and makes comments about how great DealDash is if others are trying to warn people away.  She is either an employee, a family member, or is compensated by DealDash.  Noone would do the amount of stalking and hounding she does unless they are personally invested in the company.

Dealing with Deal Dash

AUTHOR: nancy - ()

I have been on DealDash since mid 2012. It was wonderful until the end of Nov,2012 when items
were not sent out, their solution dept did not return emails, and then in Jan.2013 they got more help and your posts were returned.  They blame then ,and now ,on the increase of users on the sight. This may be so but if your in business then tend to the business increase Id think.Dont blame people who join. Or, hold the limit to a certain number of new people joining.

Now they have less auctions when you check in, still more and more bidders so that most of the items bid up to, and over ,the amount of the retail price. Read the bios and you will see complaints about this,.So their income is greater then ever with so many fighting on each auction for the win.

We are told to use bid buddy by them and by Dealdash Review person ' Sorry my turn now.' I tryed that and from 1,000 bids I am now down to 200 in 1 month. Bid buddy makes it possibel to buy the item yes, but you have to be smart and add the number of bids you made and that cost to the item cost. So you put 400 into a $25 gift card adn paid 11 cents or more for each bid, you win the  $25 car which went up to $18, then add the cost of your bids you dont get back to it and its a fortune.

If you loose you can buy the card for $25 its value and get all your bids back then. Ideal ? No, that is all I have done lately as I have not won ( who wants to ) and calculateing my total monitary investment versus the winning dollar value of those won and I am way way behind . I could have bought all the items retail and came out way ahead, not in the hole.

Using bid buddy is not the answer any more and not a way to play. I now put 1 bid in before the cut off and never bid again untill I see its down to 2 or 3 bidders and then can end up doing a buy it now and coming up short. People come in and out at the last minute and many times one of those people will win and those bidding all along are out.

Its not really an auction. You pay to be in the auction and Iv never gone to an auction before in my life that you paid to be in. You pay if you win!!

Although there were a few weeks when I enjoyed  Deal Dash it has become an unfriendly place again with few auction items and  to many bidders for the few auctions.  More auctions going on at once and thinning out the bidders on each one would be a answer to the many people that play dash and complain about this in their Bio's.

Im, looking for a increase  in auction items and items thatI can use, gift cards for places that are in my own state and fewer people fighting for a win on any auction you look at.

I see theTV ad and see that those promoting the fact they have won so much have done it long ago. Not in current times..Also on their   page of  recent winners ...

DealDash is not a ripoff!

AUTHOR: Renee - ()

I agree with "SorryMyTurn".  I have seen her screen name bidding on items.  Everything that she has said is true.  You need to know how DealDash works before just jumping in.  I have never paid .60 for a bid.  I stated before, I have overpaid for items, yet have won items for pennies. Some recent examples are, I won a 75.00 Amazon card for 30 cents.  That's really 3.00.  I won a rice steamer valued at 36.00 for 60 cents. That is really 6.00.

DealDash has different promotions going on about every two weeks, where you can buy bids at a lower price than .60 and and half price final cost and free final cost.  You have to been able to except that you win some and lose some.  That's what gambling is.

As far as losing your bids on BidBuddy, I have always had my extra bids returned.  If I put say 300 bids on an item and I win at 200 bids, those 100 bids go back on to my account.  Then I pay for the item I won.  If I put 300 bids on an item and I do not win it, sometimes I will choose to buy the item and then my 300 bids are returned.  I never bid on large items because they are pretty hard to win.  I mostly do gift cards and items under 50.00.

I'm happy with DealDash, but if you have an addictive personality, may not be for you.

The Internet's Premier Source of 100% Legitimate Bargains!

AUTHOR: DealDash_Adam - ()

I'm sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with your experience on our website. We currently have over 1.5 million registered users and many of them are able to win fantastic bargains by winning our auctions.

While our service does offer customers the opportunity to save considerable money buying products that they would otherwise purchase at regular retail prices, the ability of customers to benefit from these opportunities varies according to the individual's skill. Just like any skill, it does take some people time and effort to develop strategies that allow them to win more auctions with fewer bids. However, many newer users are able to win auctions with their initial bid pack purchase, and as they improve they are able to win bigger bargains on better items.

We also offer various kinds of support to customers who experience difficulties winning auctions. In addition to providing advice on how to improve your bidding strategies, our customer support team is able to credit used bids back to your account if you have not been able to win an auction with your initial bid pack purchase. We also offer customers a 90 day 100% Money back guarantee on their first purchase, no questions asked. Our customer support team is available 24 hours a day, so please don't hesitate to contact them so that they can provide you with further assistance in these matters.

I love DealDash!

AUTHOR: UPSgrad82 - ()

From Feb. 8, 2012 to Feb. 8, 2013, I won about 250 auctions on DealDash.  Therefore, I do NOT agree with this other writer's negative report.

First, this person was foolish to pay 60 cent per bid. My bids each average about 10 cents per bid. If I count the FREE bids I earn, plus the bid packages I have won, and the fact I buy most of my bids on sale for 11 or 10 cents each, that is what smart bidders pay per bid.

What makes better than most other online penny-auction sites is that customers have the opportunity to take advantage of the BIN (Buy-It-Now) option. That means if you bid in an auction and do not win the item, you have seven full days to buy the product at retail price to get all of your bids back for FREE. Therefore, if you only bid on products you would buy, anyway, you have nothing to lose.

If you study how to play smart, you could win some great bargains. is a wonderful place to shop if you know how to play, develop some winning strategies, and can afford to buy the auction items you do not win.

Because makes shopping online so entertaining and fun, it can become addictive. Therefore, it might not be a good idea for poor people on a limited budget. Otherwise, most customers enjoy DealDash a lot. Most DealDash customers win an average of six auctions.
