I worked at Dealer Force as a manager for a good while and everything that I have read here on RipOff Report is completely true and honest. Don Queen is a sociopath (a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience) and he will do anything to justify not paying his people. And his side kick Crystal Hutton, Don's common law wife is no better. She likes to play stupid, but she goes right along with her mans scheming ways and enables him in every way.

It's plain and simple, being a successful business owner requires certain elements of character that he does not possess such as; morals, responsibility and ethics just to name a few. He caused many people to face hardships that could have been prevented by a more intelligent business owner and leader.

Allowing Don to be in business with the responsibilty of paying honest wages is like allowing a crackhead to raise babies. This needs to be the end of this and the word has to get out before there are more victims. Don and Crystal should be in jail for all of the crimes they have committed against hard working people.

Beware of Ads on craigslist or Indeed that attempt to lure job seekers looking for honest work. This will serve as your warning, if you are on here checking out Dealer Force or Don Queen you should run!
