We started talking to Anatoly at Dealer-Mate about getting there software for our dealership. He originally told us that they had a cloud version and it cost $89 per month.
Sounds good so I call him to order give him our credit card number and then he charges $1,089 from his company and uses our corporate card to go on an online shopping spree. Then he refuses to refund us. This guy has stolen almost $2500 form our company and we have nothing to show for it. Other than having to deal with our bank and the police to get our money back.
Stay far away from Dealer-Mate and Anatoly they will do nothing other than rip you off and give you lie after lie. He says its his software but then says oh theres a controller and other people he has to talk to. Bottom line his software obviously doesnt work as advertised and he is nothing more than a common criminal with a good website to con companies into giving him there credit card information.

As can be seen in the rebuttal posted by Dealer-Mates owner he admits to taking our money and not refunding us after he charged our credit card without authorization.
He has given a partial refund but as you can see by the other reports on him my report is totally correct.
Also I never said that I would revise my report as dealers need to know about this company and how there practices are.
I welcome him to file a report on us we are the victim and he blames us. And once our bank gets the additional information from the other fraudulent charges made on our card after the number was given to dealer-mate we will be pressing criminal charges against him for theft and fraud.

I am the owner of Dealer Management Services and web site and software "Dealer-Mate".
This is absolutely and categorically a false and bogus report! Mr. Jonathan Johns of Texas Emergency Vehicle Sales & Service, Inc. located in

bought our sw on July 22, 2013 like thousands of our clients -auto dealers nation wide and beyond for 24+ years and paid with his CC, then 3 days later texted and asked to cancel this sale of $1089.00. We explained our "no refunds" policy but as an exception, we agreed to refund his money and issued $600.00 first refund and emailed proof to Mr. Johns email address jon@tevss.com and jon@tevss.com and we were about to refund the rest despite the loss of ~$489.00 we have suffered as a result of preparing master sw for delivery. This morning we discovered this report and we shocked to see that he claimed we stole $2500.00 from CC, "...went on shopping spree.."! We emailed and called Mr. Johns and asked for the explanation. And asked for the proof of the stolen transactions.
His reply was: "refund me the rest of the money and I will then make corrections to my report and call my bank after I see full refund..., he also used profanities and called me "mada fuc....r", said we found more unauthorized transactions in LA and 2500.00 is not a big stretch from $1089.00 we took..." and threatened with further action etc. We asked him why and how he could post this report for additional stolen monies without any proof, his reply was I will wait for my bank to provide receipts and copies of these transactions and then publish revised report... It proves that he indeed posted this lies without any proof, we asked to either to provide proof of this bogus claims before we refund additional 489.00, so far he refused.
I will keep you all readers of this bizarre, to say the least, case updated. If I don't receive a full retrieval and apology that we demanded today via email and via phone within 24 hours, we will post our own report about Mr. Jonathan Johns and his company Texas Emergency Vehicle Sales & Service, Inc. on this same web site. Let him taste the same medicine... and suffer losses form this idiotic situation! We apologize this this unfortunate and isolated incident which will be cleared up soon.
