 Paid $2000.00 for car warranty, They called us that being US Fidelis stated oh they would cover 5 years or 100,000 miles which ever came first. The warranty would cover the engine, trans, towing, car rental, and roadside assistance.    The trans went out on July 13,2010 called filed claim first off they wanted all of the oil change info. It was faxed same day first they said they didn't get it so on the 14th I faxed all 25 pages to them.   So after six days I get call today they only want to pay 800.00 I call to speak to the ajuster oh no you can not talk to him so I get to talk to someone who tells me well the car is only worth $800.00 Maybe to him.    BUT please note the car had over 100,000 miles when I got the warranty He tells me we put 50,000 on the car in two years well yes my husband uses it for work, But it does not state any where that you can only put so many miles a year.    (((These people state the are FAITH based not at all, the people that work for them (KNOW they are running a CON on people as well as US Fidelis or Dealer services))) Be aware of this company
