Dealership Services I can't get A refund that is coming to me ST CHARLES Missouri

I took out a warranty on my car back in oct of 2007. i PAID A down payment of 375.00 then payments were 187.00 a a month . In FEB of 2008 i traded cars , so i called dealerships services and ask what i needed to do since i traded cars.So i sent in all my paper work they needed and called them a week later they said it would be about 6 weeks . Six weeks have come and gone

i talked with Ashley she told us the amount and we should have the check in about a week that it should have already been process. The check never came so we talked with Leslie the lady that does the refunds on May 7 2008 that the check was beening process that we should have the check in our hot little hands by May the 19 .

Today is that date and guess what no check so i call them again . They said we will have to let you talk to Leslie she does the refunds but she's at lunch. That when i told them that they are giving us the run around
