Dean Handley Dr. Handley Tesseract Trading Extortion business under the guise of evaluation Internet

Regarding Puretick, to set the record straight, there were not (more complaints than any other trading room).

In fact there are to date 5 individuals who have complained out of 12,355 clients in a 9 year period.

The issues were billing issues. We charged people when they did not cancel.

All issues were resolved and there were never any lawsuits filed or regulatory actions taken. You can't operate a scam for 9 years without some kind of trouble.

The only REAL COMPLAINTS were produced by jealous competion. Of course there have been many people WHO NEVER HAD ANY EXPERIENCE whatsoever with Puretick who will parrot what they read in chat rooms posted by anonymous people. I bet the Nigerian Oil Minister hates us too, LOL.

5 out of 12,000 minor complaints? That would qualify for a JD Powers award not slanderous attacks by jealous fake gurus.

I will confess to one thing. Someone calls me an unjust name, they would find it easier to attack Donald Trump. I grew up 3 miles from The Donald, but I fight back harder!

We did careful research and found the "other complaints' were coming back to a few individual IP addresses.

We then filed lawsuits in Federal Court. All the details were in public filings.

Regarding my most publicized battle vs Dr. Dean Handley, I will simply say this.

That lawsuit has been settled.

Dr. Handley will never say anything bad about me and my company.

I will not respond in kind.

Since then I have had pleasant conversations with him.

If there were so much evil regarding our running of our education service we would not have been in business for 9 years; we would not have some clients still with us for more than 5 years and we would not have had 32 current trading rooms being run by former students.

I do not want to bring up others but since my student Reven Wood was mentioned, and is also a Trading Giant or whatever,

For over 6 months he placed it at the top of his landing page: obviously he forgot to edit it.

In minute 1 and 15 seconds and minute 7 and 35 seconds Mr. Wood credits Puretick as the basis of his success.

Wouldn't it be stupid to think that one person can be a trading titan for following the method and another is a scam artist for the same method? LOL

I am wtiing this just to clarify. I am semi - retired. I sold my business to Market Dancer over a year ago. I keep my original clients and prefer to remain in the background. Don't need the drama and the controversy.

Hopefully this shows that while we may not have had the most "REAL COMPLAINTS" we did have the most publicity.

That goes with being number one. If we were number 900 of trading rooms no one would care. Reggie Jackson said it best: "Fans don't boo nobodies."

The report on Dr. Handley I belived is filed by Alex W of Puretick, who according to my records has more negative postings than any room or head trader I have seen. He has been labeled a liar, scam artist, fake, cheat, con man and uses prfanity, vulgarity and hateful terms against any who challenges him. Dr. Handley has reviewed rooms if they post a track record that is truthful, that if they make $50K per year and that the show their trades in real time. All his papers are for free and and have been forever. In my discussions with him, he is insightful and fully informed on hundreds upon hundreds of rooms. When I taked with him on skype, he shared his desk top with me and had 5 different rooms runing at once: Global Forces Trade Network, Rev's Futures Day Trading, Global Trade Room, Trading Mission and Trading Price Actions of Futures. He records all rooms, trades with them in real time, compared their posted P/L to what he has seen and he stays there for weeks with the good rooms and dumps all the rest, including Puretick. And when I was talking to him, I was in the Tesseract room - he was not there at all. Talk to the rooms I have mentioned and ask them if Dr. Handley is evaluating their rooms and for how long. 

I do not know where Dr. Handley lives but Alex W has many postings on Elite Trader where he says people live in a trailer park like Susie Pig - just an other nasty phrase of his.
