When I noticed that this agency did not debit my credit card for my monthyly installment, I contacted them to ask why. After about two weeks, I got a cancellation notice for non-payment. When I contacted them to ask how much I owed, they refused to tell me. An employee named Laurie Sullivan is the worst. She made so many mistakes charging my credit card in the beginning like telling me that my credit card was not approved after I saw that the money was charged to my credit card balance and my credit card company told me that the agency received the money. I received one email telling me that my credit card did not go through after I had already received an email with my policy. And the worst part is that they notified the dog catcher that my insurance is going to be cancelled for non-payment and the dog catcher took my dog from me and I can't get my dog back unless I resolve this which the agency refuses to resolve. So I guess I have to buy a second policy and pay another huge downpayment. Really sucks when the insurance company tells the dog catcher that I am being cancelled even though the only reason for the cancellation is the agency's fault. And now I have to pay over $400 in fees to the dog catcher only because of Laurie Sullivan's mistakes and this agency's mistakes. Or maybe this is just a scam to get more money from a desperate customer.
