Dean Jones, SENIOR ATTORNEY, FEDERAL LEGISLATION Financial Account Ability Law Firm Harassment not sure, California

A man called me and said that his boss wanted to speak with me regarding a loan  matter. He connected me to a Dean Jones who immediately started going off on me how I have to pay them $745.35 because of a cash advance I had. I asked them what was the name of the cash advance place and he just said it was called cash advance and that I need to pay this money or get arrested tomorrow.

I got scared, especially me being a single mother of a 3 year old so I asked what I could do to resolve it and he said I had to write an apology letter and get it notorized by today and he gave me the fax number. He also said that I needed to pay $250.00 by tomorrow and took my credit card information. After all that happend I called up my attorney and he called up Dean Jones on three way and apparently he was not there and his assistant answered and said to call back in a half hour.

My attorney told him no and asked where they were located and what dean jones bar number is because he can not find a dean jones on the bar and the assistant whose name is Mr. Peterson hung up on my attorney and I. I then called my court record and clerk to see if I had anything outstanding because I have never been in this type of situation and they said I had nothing. So I have not heard from Dean Jones but he said he was going to call me back by 4:30pm. So we will wait and see what he pulls next.
