dean Mccrary Porsche Theft by Deception mobile Alabama

Dean McCrary sales staff and managers initially agreed to accept payment in full for a used Honda S2000CR, and agreed to hold the vehicle for an extended period of time.

Dean McCrary agents, servants,employees were aware the Honda s2000 CR was initially purchased for a gift/reward, based on acceptable grades/performance in school ,would have the vehicle delivered in the fall.

The Honda S2000CR was vandilized/damaged while within Dean McCrary gated lot. Dean McCrary failed to report the damages to us, failed to report the damages on the carfax and subsequently sold the vehicle in August. Dean MCcrary failed to inform us that they sold the vehicle without our consent.

In November, when we arrived at the dealership, the manager informed us of their negligence and offered to locate a comperable replacement vehicle. The dealership has since refused to return the money paid for the vehicle after they were no longer able to locate a comperable vehicle. This appears to be theft by deception,or Deceptive Bussiness Practices.
