Why not leasing,LLC Dishwasher lease Gainesville Florida

 I went to sears in Gainesville fl looking for a dishwasher. I was told about the why not lease it program. I applied got approved and picked out a WHITE dishwasher because it would go with my other appliances and is easier to.see with my eyesight being poor instead of black. Day of delivery came, the delivery guys brought the dishwasher in to install it and had taken my old one out and they unwrapped my new one and it was black. I told them I had ordered a white dishwasher, they said well we have to install it and you'll have to call sears for a replacement. So I did just that, spoke to the salesman at sears about it, he said are you sure you ordered white I said yes, I did not order black. He then said I had to call why not lease it because it was now their acct. That sears had already gotten paid for the appliance. I called why not lease it, we argued about the dishwashers color, they said there wasn't anything they could do about it and I would have to call sears for a replacement, I told them I already had and they told me to call yall (why not lease it) Nothing was ever done , and I kept getting calls I told them I wasn't paying for something I didn't order and they could come and get it. They refused, I asked how much I owed on it, and the told me approx. 1300. Mol I told them I wasn't paying that kind of money for a dishwasher and they could come get it. It states in the lease you can end the contract at any time. And now they want to take me to court for this now 3 years later. Deana/old town, Fl
