Blood suckers only interested in a profit. Iplaced an oline order for a $3 item and a $7 item. Because of the web site error or my mistake, order was placed for the $3 item only. Shipping was $8! Could have sent it for the price of a stamp. Emailed them immediately on a Saturday night informing them that the order did not include the second $7 item and could they send it without charging another shipping fee of $8. They said the order was filled immediately and they could not do it. BS- on a Saturday night!! They could have added the $7 item to my order, but refused to do so. They insisted I had to place another order for the $7 item and pay another shipping charge of $8!
F____ you! I already paid over $13 for a $3 item. Now they want me to pay another $17 for a $7 item. They could have added to my order, but refused to do so. They answered my first email inquiry and just blew off my second inquiry. Blood sucking profiteers with no customer sevice and no regard for the consumer.
Will never order from them again and hopeno one else does either!
