This company offers several different levels of shipping. I choose the one level up from Standard UPS ground. However they still shipped UPS ground. When I contacted them about this to get an explanation they were nothing but rude. My order arrived as if I had not paid the extra money for a faster shipping service.


Do not give these people any extra money for example they want extra money to assure your package arrives in discreet packaging. It already arrives in a brown box, what more do you want. Again do not give them any extra money and good luck to you if you need to contact them about anything. Nothing but rude and unprofessional.


Oh and one last thing, do not ask them more than one question at a time, they will only answer what they want ignore the real problem.

When you select the cheapest shipment method your package is shipped via UPS BASIC or FEDEX Smartpost. By accepting the next charge your package is handled in a PRIORITY manner over all other packages and is usually expedited the same day and is shipped UPS or FEDEX GROUND which is a faster service (Unless you live in a rural zone or select Next Day or Second Day services) I apologize for your inconvenience but that is the way shipping works and most companies are utilizing these methods to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum. We also offer free shipping promotions and free gift along with the lowest price guarantee on most internet sites for the same products.
