Debbie Arnold REFUSED TO PAY Ennis Texas

Debbie Arnold wanted to buy a ram lamb from me. She agreed to pay the $65.00 that I was asking for the ram lamb. The ram was 6 months old, just weaned from his mother. She wanted the ram for meat purposes, so I made sure she got a young ram. She was told to butcher the ram immediately because he had not reached his secondary sex characteristics and therefore; did not smell like a breeding ram.

When I delivered the ram to her house, which was 1.5 hours from my house, she was asked if she liked the ram -before he was unloaded. She said yes, she liked him. She again agreed to pay the $65.00 for the lamb. She said she was short on cash and it was agreed that she would pay me a week later.

48 days later, after many attempts to get my money, she still had not paid me. She then said she had someone to come out and he said the lamb was 4 years old, because "his testicles looked too big for a 6 month old lamb" ---- she was reminded that the ram lamb was NOW 7 months old because "SHE" chose to wait to butcher and casterate him. She refused to pay for the lamb, stating she was told he was 4 yrs old -- which was not the truth. She wanted me to come get the ram lamb. I reminded her the deal was for her to buy the lamb. She refused.

When I went to pick him up - he was SKIN AND BONES. She starved him and was using the excuse that he was too old to get out of paying for him after SHE STARVED him. I have witnesses to the fact that she agreed to pay for him, that she accepted him, that he was delivered fat and ready to butcher and that he was skin and bones 54 days (after the original delivery date).

She is still refusing to pay for him and I am suing her for the balance due on the ram.
