Debbie Samples Accused my company Real Estate Marketing Nerds, and Pacific Beach Online as being a scam and a fraud and I am producing this webpage as PROOF that DEBBIE SAMPLES IS THE FRAUD AND SCAM ARTIST.

I have documented the leads and results we provided real estate agent Debbie Samples and it is my opinion the DEBBIE SAMPLES IS THE FRAUD AND SCAM ARTIST.

Here is why we feel Debbie Samples is an agent in Tyler Texas to avoid doing business with.

1. We offer a FREE 2 Week Trial to MAKE SURE REAL ESTATE AGENTS GET RESULTS BEFORE WE GET PAID.

2. WE HAVE OVER 900 CLIENTS WHO HAVE ALL TRIED OUR SYSTEM AND BEEN HAPPY AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CHARGEBACK UNTIL WE MET DEBBIE SAMPLES WHO WE FEEL IS A SCAM ARTIST.

3. ALL OF THE LEADS AND LEAD HISTORY ARE DOCUMENTED BELOW. To show the results we delivered. We have removed the names of the leads to protect the visitors.

4. DEBBIE SAMPLES had a total of 33 leads in the last year IN HER WEBSITE BEFORE WE STARTED.

5. WE PRODUCED 100 LEADS FOR www.DEBBIESAMPLESELLS.com FROM JUNE 23rd 2005 to JULY 21st 2005 when the work was removed.

In other words we produced 3X MORE LEADS IN ONE MONTH THAN DEBBIE SAMPLES HAD THE WHOLE YEAR PRIOR and it is all documented below.

6. This is not to say all the leads were good, as we are sure that many were not BUT we have documented the details of the some of the leads to prove their were good ones. In my personal experience with working with over 1,000 real estate agents in the last 4+ years, it normally takes about 30-40 leads to put a deal in escrow.

7. DEBBIE SAMPLE CLAIMS THAT SHE CANCELED AND CHARGEDBACK HER PAYMENT BECAUSE "An INTERNET CONSULTANT" TOLD HER OUR BUSINESS WAS A SCAM.

First of all I have never talked with you, second of all I never called you a "scam" I told you what I was told by Homes.com. Now my problem with your company is that I was led to believe by Patrick that your company was affiliated with Homes.com and you are not. I would not have agreed to this otherwise. It doesn't have anything at all to do with how many leads I have gotten or will get that wasn't what I was looking for. I only want to work with those that are affiliated with the company that has my website so I can call them at any time and change things up when I want and how I want. I can go to google and/or overture and pay them a hundred or so and then pay per hit myself direct. My partner and I have a web site with Z57 as well and they have Buyer's Link which we did sign up for and it is affiliated with Z57 so our web agent helps us out with it. I told this to Patrick and the understanding I had from him was that was what your company did! Now if you try to slander my name and reputation I will seek an attorney and take this email along with the two obscene threatening voice mails you left me to him. The leads I received were mostly during my "trial period", when I spoke with Homes.com (which they called me) and found out you were not in any way affiliated with them is when I immediately called to cancel the charge. It had not even showed up on my billing yet.

What she did was use the "I thought You Were Homes.com as An Excuse To Cancel" when our services were bad mouthed by competitors.

This is the same as a client coming to a Real Estate Agent telling them they want to buy a house and when the sale goes through they come to the agent saying

"Century 21 your competitor says they can sell the house for a 2% commission instead of a 3% commission. Since you charged 3% you are ripping us off"

or saying

"You charged us a 3% commission when we could have sold the home ourselves...you are a rip off"
