Debby Dress Sheinmall Dress not exactly as ordered ,size or style, and would not refund money Internet

I purchased a wedding dress from their website. They said all their dresses would be packaged in a bag within a box.  It was stuffed in an 11 x 17 shipping envelope.  A wedding dress with a chapel length train stuffed in a normal shipping envelope.  

So of course it was incredibly wrinkled but then i noticed the netting between the sating and sheer layers was longer than the two laers, the pleats had not been pressed but what I really noticed was though the material and style were similar to the picture it was not the same dress.

THe dress in the picture hung down at the waist with absolutely no billowing. This dress had a puffy billowy skirt, princess style.  This is not what I wanted and was not what was pictured.  The picture clearly does not show any layers of netting or petticoat to make the skirt stand out.  It did not stand out at all in the picture which is what I wanted.  

Then I tried it on.  It was too big.  This is a strapless dress so it would not stay up.  I paid extra to have to custom made to my size.  I gave them my measurements.  I expected it could have been off a little and needing some alteration but ths wa was not a little.  It was a good 2-4 inches too big.  I then actually measured the waist and bust and it was literally 2 inches bigger int eh bust and 3 inches bigger in the waist than the measurements I gave them.

I sent pictures to the company showing the netting longer than the outer layer and showing how too big it was.  They said they can see from the picture it was made correctly to my measurements.  Sorry but 2-4 inches too big is not making it to my measurements.

Their website says they guarantee customer satisfaction.  Do believe it, they do not.
