 Purchased dress on 6-1-16. A delivery date of no later than 6-17-16 was given. After making purchase, a delivery date of 7-3-16 was given. Contacted them via email and their response was for me to pay an additional $39.99 for a guaranteed delivery of 6-17. Dress arrived late on 6-21 in an 11x14 envelope. The dress was for the renewal of my wedding vows (31 yrs) scheduled for 6-25. The dress was way too small and not the style I had requested. Definitely not anything like the dress on their web page. Needless to say, I was forced to shop for another dress in a short period of time and incur additional unnecessary expenses. I immediately emailed the company expressing my dissatisfaction of the dress and the misrepresentation of their company. My emails were ignored. Although they profess that they have a full refund policy within 14 days of product delivery, it is a lie. I finally was able to reach someone on their "chat" line. That "someone" asked me to re-email them. I did and attached a copy of my prior emails. I have paid $250.00 on a dress that was designed and made wrong and carelessly by this company and now they choose to ignore me. This company should take responsibility of their wrong doing, or in the alternative, be stopped from further misleading others and ripping them from their money. I am livid and I strongly believe that action be taken against this company. They are fraudulent, offensive and very unprofessional.
