Debit Coporation Of America ripoff Debit Corps Gets Another. But I am willing to FIGHT! Miami Florida

Well here it goes. I might as well add my story to the LONG list of those ripped of by Debit Corp. These people, Richard Goodman, Harvey Wall, The Locater Lisa Muchnic (SP). And of course the references before you bought the system. These include Jackie Zahn, David Brackman, Josh Yablon, Dominia Siano, Kelly Rogan, Jenni Oliver and Tony Bragaglia. I have all their phone numbers as well and have read all these people are involved in many more scams.

I first purchased my so-called system in in July of 2003. I thought I was getting into this Small business for my self but not by yourself as Debit Corp promised. I sent a small down payment and I did receive my systems a week late according to the original due date.

Once I received my systems it took about 8 weeks to get the first one finally into a store. By this time I was getting very desperate...feeling I was falling behind. All the other references I called were making $300 per month in residuals. Then I was called and asked If I would like to purchase some more machines for a very good price. I asked them what they would like me to do with them, put them in my garage with the other three. They said they would look into why machines were not placed yet.

By the way, in the contract they ask for your ISA Optional ACH Authorization, which ask for your checking account and savings account number, name of bank and routing numbers so as they can credit or debit your account as necessary for orders. At least I didn't do THAT. WOW what more could they have got from me.

Three months later I still only had two machines placed and not sold a single card. I was calling Harvey Wall once to twice a week. My locator changed from a Lee to Lisa (which by the way I just noticed the Locater sheet says Maria) Dam.

She sent me to places I would not send my worst enemy and now six months later I had sold 2 (Two) cards!

I was getting a funny feeling and I started to sell the cards on Ebay for $9.95. I did sell about 0ne per week here for 5 weeks, and in this time is when I started to be in contact with other distributors from across the nation. We were all in agreement with the same stories and all the air was let out of my new Business.

I contacted an attorney and he recommended that I contact an Attorney in Florida after reading the contract I did a search on Goggle and found an Attorney in Fort Lauderdale. I sent him all of my material from DCA. That attorney told me after about 4 weeks he would not take the case. He had seen this type of investment scams before. He even said he thinks he knows who the Attorney is and writes a very good contract that has almost no loopholes. So before we could get my minuscule amount of money back ($14,915) plus all the gas and mileage I drove around trying to sell these card this company would go bankrupt and he would not get his fee.

The attorney's name was Robert Murphy in Fort Lauderdale Fl. For some reason now it seems that I have read that name somewhere, Not sure but if someone knows, please let me know.

I pretty much considered it a loss of my money. All I got was the run around from Harvey Wall. I have many tape recorded conversations with Harvey. I even recorded my initial conversation with Richard Goodman, but after I got my systems I considered the business good and recorded over that two hour conversation..

All I really wanted was a legitimate business to run from my home and supplement my income so I wouldn't have to worry about it over time. I could put groceries on the table for my kids and keep my wife home from working too much. What I really did was put a bunch of criminals in their boats and yachts and new multi million dollar homes. I put food on their tables and drained my savings account. How stupid can you get?

Well as for me now the hard part starts, because I believe in the Bible which says Matthew 5:44-48 But I say unto you, love your enemies, and pray for them that persecute you; that ye may be sons of your Father who is in heaven: for he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. For if ye love them that love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the Gentiles the same? Ye therefore shall be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

This will be difficult, I will also pray for these guys to be caught and prosecuted with the help of many from these forums.
