Deborah Brady-Davis (Attorney) and her Husband Edward M. Davis of La Mesa Californa own and operate a Collection Agency under many different names, DBD Collections, Davis Collections, ARM Financial Services and Joint Venture Enterprise.

They target unsophisticated Spanish speaking immigrants and threaten them with arrest / deportation if they don't pay them money on unpaid debts. They are using an EXPIRED Fictious Business Name and aren't registered with the California Department of Corporations or the California Franchise Tax Board under the name they are currently using to conduct their illegal operation (ARM Financial). The addess used is the SAME as her law office.

She and her husband have to be the SLEAZIEST and most LOW DOWN SNAKES I have ever had the misfortune to meet. And the worst part? She us politically well connected here in San Diego. She used to be on the Human Rights Commission. What a low life! I hope the State Bar investigates her and her husband.
