As a former professional engineer dealing with recruiting agencies in the past I have learned that they having a recruiter represent you is second nature, that is part of the job and ultimately what it takes to get the good jobs and I've dealt with them for years, but this was the first time that having a recruiter represent me also meant having her sleep with me as well putting a whole new meaning to complete benefit package and having your pulse on the throbbing industry market also meant having an offer of sex for my services.  Volt Technical Services, Wichita, Kansas division and Debra Brock their Senior Engineering recruiter located in Wichita, Kansas have taken a whole new approach to being #1 in the market.  I had heard that Debra Brock, Sr. Engineering recruiter was good but I never knew she was going to approach me for after hours entertainment in order to sign me with her company.  

I had heard a couple of years back from other engineers in the market that the President of Volt Technical Services was forced to resign in disgrace because of a late overnight encounter with Mrs Brock at the 2012 Convention in Palm Springs, Ca while she was attending the conference with her husband and also that the former distrcit manager Jorge Garcia was forced to resign also in disgrace from the Wichita office because his wife reported a two year affair between himself and Mrs. Brock to the HR department, New York.  And also that a former engineering recruiter by the name of Katie relocated to the Kansas City market to get away from Mrs. Brock after Mrs. Brock tried to unsuccessfully seduce her pilot fiancee' finally realizing what she was doing both during and after hours and realizing that even after reporting Mrs. Brock to Corporate and learning that the Volt home office was to do nothing about it, asked to be relocated to another office in order save her own career.

It's amazing to this reporter that the parent company Volt Recruiting Services has allowed this woman to run rampid through their organization while turning a blind eye to her sexual non professional antics because she has made them alot of money as a top recruiter, I guess they believe in the old adage of Don't Ask, Don't Tell, either that or they actually didn't know how she was actually making her extra money. But seeing that it has been reported to HR I can't imagine that to be the case.  I called HR and asked them about this issue and they refused to speak to me, giving me an 800 number to call if I needed any information and after looking her up on LinkedIn and looking at her lavish doctored professional picture (which by the way doesn't look anything like the overweight aging women that I finally met), I remember I kept hearing how she was a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Finalist and that she was somewhat of a looker but to be honest I don't get it.

Prostitution is Prostitution and being hit on like I was a horny school boy was even embarassing if not insulting, I checked into this claim that was being made by many professional engineers in the U.S. market I was thoroughly shocked and at the best set back when everyone started coming forward with stories of how Mrs. Brock had approached them with offers of sex for signing with her.  This reporter would recommend that if you are currently doing business with Volt technical services or if you plan on using the Wichita branch I urge you to stop and think twice before doing business with Volt Technical Services immediately and to boycot Debra Brock and the Wichita Branch especially, unless of course your company is from Amsterdam. 

Before writing this article I spent many hours speaking with and texting back and forth with Debra Brock directly, having her finally even giving me her private telephone number 316-655-7455 and telling me to come join her at her house in the Hottub for some after hours fun, and that she would do whatever it took to close the deal.  And it turns out that she will, I must admit that the sex was average and the entire approach was somewhat methodical, but it was obvious that she had done this many times before with many other men.  It was very awkward since her 10 year old son was just inside the house while all of this was going on just inches away from where he was watching television. 

Ok here's all the information that I have on Debra Brock, born January 17, 1961, Social Security Number XXX-XX-XXX, address 7623 E. 26th Ct. N., Wichita, Kansas 67226, aka Debra McGrath.  I would recommend that everyone who reads this Ripp Off report takes a minute to email any company that might be doing business with Volt Technical Services or any Engineer looking for and tell them what you think of her somewhat seedy tactics and non-professional behavior.  She personally can be reached at dbrock@volt.com
