Debt Liquidation Services, Inc Unpaid Commissions Ripoff Deerfield Beach Florida

Debt Liquidators, Inc to be referred to as DLS is the brain child of Steve Miller, Marge Eisenberg, and Chris McFarland.
This company is a Collection agency. It is also part of Federated Financial Services a debt management firm.

I was hired as Vice President of Marketing (at least that is what my business cards read.) They terminated me without warning on March 7, 2007. They gave me several reasons as to why.
1. They were going in different directions. (That was per the HR manager)
2. They could no longer afford to pay me. (Per Chris McFarland)
3. I was going into open competition with them. (Also per Chris Mcfarland.

on May 4, I drafted a letter to Steve, Marge, and the HR Manager.

I am addressing that to you as the principal owners of Debt Liquidation Services, Inc. To this day I still do not know the reason that I was terminated. Prakash said that the company was going in different directions.



Chris said that it was an economical decision and then came out and accused me of going into open competition with you.



Nice, but not true. It was a known fact that I was thinking about the purchase of some debt. When I got a list in for my perusal Chris said I should run Accurint reports from the office for due diligence purposes. I chose not to as it was not company business. Chris also said that I should seek out the resources there such as Jeff Khan. I am guilty of that. I had composed a letter and had Jeff review it and he made some corrections. After that I decided that I was not qualified to handle that business myself. It was at that time that I spoke with Chris and told him that when I purchased the debt I would give it to DLS to collect on.

That is when I was terminated. It was also 2 days before a major fee came into the house as a result of my efforts. (Restoration Experts).

This was a fee of $10000.00 and my commission would have been $2000.00.

My termination came to me a complete and total shock. I had a lot of good things working that would have made a lot of money for the company and for myself.

Now because of this, I have gone completely broke. I am trying to stall everyone away and who knows for how much longer.

At this time I am asking you to pay me the commission that I am due and then it will be a closed chapter in my life.


As of today I have not received a response, so perhaps they need to see their names up here again.
