Debt One Financial - Equity One Financial Beware. The owners are thieves. Calabasas California

They not only rip off their clients, they rip off their employees. Do NOT work for them. I know an endless number of loan officers who were ripped off by them when they were called Equity One or Equity One Financial. Now, they are doing debt settlement (now called debt one financial). They lie to employees about their leads- all crap from title. You might as well make calls from the yellow pages. They do NOT do any marketing/advertising and they hide fees from employees and their clients. They fire many agents to screw them from their commission. I hope the owners go to hell. The owners will claim that you will make money @ the company. Let me tell you that NOBODY makes money there. Most producers are there for about 3 months, get ripped off, and then get fired. If you don't believe me, I'll show you proof.


Hopefully, this post will prevent other good agents from getting ripped off. No wonder everybody is going to Orange County since most Valley business owners can't be trusted.
I'm writing this because too many of my colleagues have been screwed from certain companies. I too was a victim before.
These companies screw you and your clients. Referrals will only follow if you work for a fair/legitimite company. Other shady companies include New Beginnings Loan Modification and Mitigation Online consultants. they will run away with your client's money.
