Debt Relief Of America - Gobal Client Solutions ripoff, scam, dishonest fraudulent billing and contract, refuses to refund money Dallas, Texas

I joined Debt relief of America to try to help debt situation. I was giving them $402.00 monthly from August through January. After relizing that they weren't helping, I decided to cancel. Now they say I lose all the money I put into the program because it went the administration fee and that is paid up front. There was no mention of it being paid up front when I joined. The only thing that was mentioned was that a maintenance fee of $59.00 monthly was to be paid and the rest was to go to help pay my bills and I didn't even use their services. So I asked to be cancelled out of the program and a precaution I placed a stop payment on my checking account to prevent them from automatically withdrawing any more monies from my account and they still took it out anyway under a different name, Gobal Client Solutions using fraulent pre authorization check.
