Debt Relief USA Will Take All Your Money for "FEES" Then tell you to send more than monthly payment agreed upon! Addison Texas

I joined this program in April of 2007. Since joining I have paid $263.00 a month. All of this money has been taken in fees. I called the company in October regarding the fees. I told them that it was explained to me that a percentage of the whole amount would be charged. Instead they have divided each account I owe separately and are charging me a percentage of that amount. When I questioned this and told them that at this rate I would never get anything paid off they said that I needed to send them more money to put in my "set aside account". They also said that after October no more fees would be taken out. When I started this fiasco. I was told that by paying $263.00 a month my debt would be paid off in 42 months.

This month I got a statement and they are now taking out monthly fees! Not just on the entire amount again but on each account that I owe. So this is $29.95 x 8 ! So far According to the last statement I received I have paid these people over $2600.00 and over $2500. 00 has gone to fees! I had $309.00 in my "set aside fund in January but of course that didn't last long because they took it in---thats right you guessed it-- FEES! I now need the money back so I can actually pay my bills.

Before this nightmare, I wasn't past due on any bills. I was trying to do something to avoid trouble. I was told by this company that they would have to wait til my bills went past due then they would start there "process". It has been one year later and I am still waiting for the "process" to begin.

I think a class action lawsuit should be filed and this company should be put out of business.

By the way, I checked with the better business bureau before I did this and they gave this company a good report. so as far as I am concerned the better business bureau is worthless.
