Debt Relievers Aka Christian Debt Management took our money each month but didn't pay our creditors....ripped us off Boca Raton Florida

We began using these people in Oct., 2003. They seemed very professional when the process started.
Debt Relievers, aka Christian Debt Management paid our creditors the first 3 months then quit making payments but still continued to debit our account each month.

The first month they didn't make a payment, we called them. After staying on hold for at least 20 minutes, we were told that they had a "glitch" in their system and that's why the payments weren't made. In the meantime, our creditors were charging late fees. When we told Debt Relievers this, they basically said, "Too bad.....but we will NOT refund your late fees."

We are now 3 months in arrears on our payments, thanks to Debt Relievers, with a total of $433 in late fees alone.
We are continually calling them, staying on hold and getting no where. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, we were told that they would just tell us the same thing.

We have called our bank and quit the debit each month to Debt Relievers. We are in the process of talking to each of our creditors to see what our next options are.
Do not use these people. They say they are "christians" but we can personally tell you THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!
