Dear Sir/ Madam:
I was deceived by Debt Settlement USA(DSUSA) into believing that DSUSA would negotiate with the debt collector(s) on my behalf. DSUSA claimed that they would eliminate my debt by up to fifty percent.
Not only did they not deliver what they promised, but also DSUSA did not do anything when I was sued and was taken to the court. DSUSA just charged my account in the amount of $199.70 every month for absolutely doing nothing.
I did not mind them charging me for their services, but there were not any services to begin with. DSUSA did not attempt to even send someone to the court to help me.
If they were not able to help me with my situation, why did they(DSUSA) charge my account every month.
DSUSA is deceitful and dishonest. I would welcome any help from any body.
I seriously think that I deserve a refund, since DSUSA did not even attempt to take any actions to help me with my problem.
