Debt Zero Fees withheld, lost job Internet

I helped people get out of debt using Debt Zero as a back end.  However, due to their practice of not paying on files on time or not at all sometimes, I cannot pay bills with fees I should have had weeks ago.  So, I have to look for odd jobs now to make cash and cannot work at my present employer.  I know it is the fault of Debt Zero and not the company I work for who uses them as a file processor because they disclosed all parts of the process and financial statements, etc. and have themselves been trying to collect their deserved fees as well.  Well, at least people were helped with their debt, now I fear I will be the next to need help because of Debt Zero.  I have been in the office when our company would call them to rectify the payment situation and if you can get a hold of someone, which is rare, they either tell you to be patient or give some invented reason why they are "withholding" payment, but then don't get back in time and just keep withholding money.  Basically, they suck to work with.  Not to mention many of our clients said the processors at Debt Zero were non-responsive and many times rude, which didn't help my credibility.  In a way, glad to be done with them, but not getting paid is not cool.
