DEBT CONSOLIDATION BUSINESS OWNERS, LISTEN UP.

If your debt consolidation company's name shows up in search results with negative information posted by their alleged bloggers on WWW.DEBTCONSOLIDATIONCARE.COM, immediately file lawsuit for UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES under the laws of your company's state for TRADE LIBEL and INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY'S BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS.

This group of shady half witted debt negotiators believe their website postings are protected under the COMMUNICATIONS DECENCY ACT OF 1996, a fairly new law that protest's blog owners or third party publishers from their users defamatory posts. HOWEVER, this defense will be immediately THROWN OUT because they engage in DEBT NEGOTIATION SERVICES themselves, which makes them a corporate competitor. They also edit many of their postings which puts them further outside a reliable defense because they are then reposting the defamatory information themselves. Their website has dozens of examples.

Corporate competitors can EASILY BE SUED for interfering with your company's business. Therefore, immediately contact your local trade libel attorney and file a lawsuit immediately. The LEGAL remedies for such causes of action include INJUNCTIVE RELIEF and SUBSTANTIAL MONETARY DAMAGES. Take action now!

If you want to file lawsuit, immediately take a snapshot of the defamatory postings as evidence to present to the court. In order to get out of the lawsuit, Debtconsolidationcare.com, Inter Next Technologies, Inc. will have to prove that the statement was true for a valid defense.

Also, if you are a consumer looking for debt advice from this company, STAY AWAY, in fact, RUN AWAY FROM Debtconsolidationcare.com as fast as you can. They offer no professional service or advice as they will only get you in trouble. In fact, most of their financial advice will get you sued from your creditors. They've been a member of the BBB for a few months and already have droves of complaints coming in. Stay away!

you gotta be kidding me....

AUTHOR: Jon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 27, 2008

dude, whats the matter with you? why are you slandering a company like this? They have exactly TWO complaints with the Nevada BBB on file, and both of those are closed. One has been resolved, and the other one, the BBB says that the comnpany made satisfactory effort to resolve it but the consumer wouldnt close it, so they closed it themselves! And yet you come in here and post how they have "droves of complaints coming in"??? You need to go get an education, son, really.

This is a website that provides a few services. First, you can sign up as a member of the forums alone, or you can sign up for debt consolidation counseling. You are not required to sign for counseling or any other pay services whatsoever in order to be a member there. The forums are filled with people, like me, who post based on our own experiences. But the posters there are members of a forum, they do not work for the company and are not paid a salary to help people there!

You also say that the advice thats given on this website will get you sued. If you knew anything about the debt collection industry today, you would know that getting sued often doesnt mean anything in the first place, because debt collectors use shady tactics to try to get default judgments on debts they cannot prove anyways. I have personally helped at least a half dozen people who either have been sued or have been threatened with lawsuit by collectors. In EVERY case, I helped the person through their situation so that they were either able to pay off their legitimate debt, or so that they were able to stop the harassment over an unsubstantiated debt. That doesnt happen because of bad advice, chief, it happens because people there take the time to educate themselves on the law and pass along what they have learned to others who need it. And if anyone here wants to verify that, you can look me up on the very forum this genius is slandering in here, I woudl gladly point you to threads that show how we have stopped shady collectors in their tracks when they are using illegal tactics on consumers.

Youre not the first joker to come along to talk smack about this company. There have even been some debt collectors who have tried to take action against the forum before. They all failed. Just like you have. Stop on into the forum sometime, I'll be more than happy to point you to the truth of the matter.
