Kelly Cresswell is a con artist extraordinare. He says he'll pay you for your hard work and then drums up excuses as to why you're not going to get what he promised.
It has been said that he's working for an insurance company out of Texas (Fairmont Specialty) doing immigration pickups. Maybe the Federal Government would like to know about his criminal and violent history.
If he tries to sucker you into paying for 'ride-a-longs', books, training materials etc., don't spend your money. He's trying to sell training materials on an auction site. I promise you he didn't write it so don't pay for it. There are a lot of other reputable authors who have 'really' done the work they say they have.
He has ripped off more people than anyone would care to know claiming to be 'internationally' known. No one who is that good would be running around the country making chump change off of Fairmont, so read between the lines.
Try this out: Call him and ask about his ride-a-long program and what you will get from it. A certificate? A badge? A lolly-pop? Because the later would have as much value as the first.
If you are really bold: Tell him you want to do immigration work with him but understand that Fairmont pays $1000.00 per capture and if you are a partner you should get 50% of that. But he won't pay you that. He'll tell you that you didn't do something right or that you argued with him because he is always right.
(Watch his temper, it's a duzie!)
See how much money you get at the end of your joyride, that is, IF you get paid.
Will he ask YOU to rent a car? Where will you stay overnight? Does he have any money to help pay for your trip or will you have to put it on your own credit card!!???
BEWARE of the wolf in sheep's clothing. USE YOUR HEAD - It's why God gave it to you and just don't get suckered into anything dealing with DECAF.

Wow, it seems that this "report" will never come down and I am still getting calls about it, about the validity of the issue. Let's look at this logically, how many "bounty hunter" training seminars actually take you on real hunts? I DID; If I had a lengthy and violent history as I have been accused then do you think the US Government would allow me to bring hundreds of recovered illegal aliens into federal detention and removal operations centers all over the United States?
As for "ripping people off"; I didn't know it was a crime to charge for teaching others knowledge of a profession; for training them ON THE JOB and giving them the tools they need to perform the job. Yes I did charge people to train them and rightfully so; and some worked for me; I never made a promise of work to ANYONE as you cannot do that in this business.
LOL, As for making chump change of the company I was contracted by; it seems to me someone is jealous. Fact of the matter is this, I had the work, and the reputation for bringing in the hard skips, and the people working under me did not like the fact I wanted things done a certain way. When they were terminated from contracting with me they became disgruntled and here is the end result.
As for payout. If you are WORKING FOR ME, why would I pay you half of what I am making? How is that good business? If you were a BUSINESS PARTNER then I could see that, but I think 70/30 split is acceptable and all expenses paid except for the other persons food.
