Our story is basically the same as the others. We purchased shutters and blilnds in March but have not received the shutters. We were told there was a hold up in customs and that the order would be delayed. That was 5 months ago and we have not heard anything from them as of yet. We attempted many times to call them at all of their phone numbers which are now disconnected, attempted to go to their office which was basically abandoned with no one there during normal business hours, and now their website is gone. These people need to be stopped and pay back all of their victims. Does anyone have any further information about Deccolux or how to go about "trying" to get your money back please respond back or email me at eospeed@gmail.com.
