Decision One Debt Relief will you paying the money for your debt to them and their fees are taking up over half of what you pay. Tulsa Ok

Decision One promised me that they could get my 15K debt reduced and rather than pay the creditor a daily rate like I was doing, they would reduce it and I pay them a monthly rate.  In turn for doing that, they would negotiate my debt with the real creditor.  The way that they get you is that because your daily rate is so high and they do a monthly rate; they sell you how much you save per month by going with them and all you can think about is how you don't have to struggle to pay the daily amount.  What they hide in the fine print is that you will still be paying almost the same amount to them except their fees take up half of what you would pay and they offer the original creditor the other half.  It's a scam people.   

They tell you that if the original creditor calls, do not answer and ignore any communication from them and not to worry about it because after you make your first payment which include setup fees, they would contact the creditor and let them know that you are in a debt relief program.  Problem is that they never tell them.  I started in Jan 2018 and made my first payment then.  I paid for February through April and the creditor was never informed.  I asked for my money back and they said that they could only give me back $1500 of the 4500 that i'd paid because the other portion went to non refundable administrative fees.  But they never did anything on my behalf.  They never negotiated my debt or did anything that would warrant them making $3000.  I am letting all of my other business owner friends to stay away from Decision One and you should too.
