Decor My Eyes, Stanley Bolds SCAM, THEFT New York New York

DO NOT BUY AT DECOR MY EYES - THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
This ought to be my first on-line shopping and now I am sure that it is also my last. Let me tell You how it all went down...
I was searching for Dior sunglasses which were not available in stores in Croatia. I found them at Decor My Eyes and contacted mr. Stanley Bolds. He told me that he has them in stock and he also sent me an offer to my company so I can make the payment through my bank account, since I did not want to give him my credit card number. After two days I sent him 258 $ (the money was sent to EMALISH CORPORATION) and he confirmed that he had received the money and that he is going to send the sunglasses. After three days he sent me an e-mail in which he wrote that he was checking the item before the delivery and that it was cracked on the frame. He also wrote that this was the last item left and that it is not possible to get another since it went out of the production. I asked him to send me the money back and he said "no problem". A week had passed and I still haven't received the money. I sent an e-mail to mr. Bolds asking what is going on. His answer was that he is not able to send me the money back and that I have to choose another item. I was pissed off and I sent him an angry e-mail which he ignored. After two days I sent a new code for another sunglasses and he answered that this item is not available in USA. So I sent the code for the third sunglasses and he never answered. I sent another 4 e-mails asking him to answer or to send the money back but he ignored everything. This is how mr. Bolds sees "customer service at it's finest"!
It was never his intention to send me anything. Mr. Bolds is a thief and now I am glad that I did not give him my credit card number, because I could have lost more than 258 $.
Decor My Eyes and mr. Bolds are criminals and will make sure that this imposture is published.
