USA Wallpaper and it's employees are liars and thieves. I placed an order called a month later to find out why it hadn't arrived yet and the very rude customer service rep told me it would be at least 2 or weeks before my order arrived at their location, their website says they'll let you kbnow of any delays...nope.

I canceled my order and waited a month like thier website says, one full billing cycle then I called and another rude rep told me it's one full billing cycle after accounting gets their info and it took them 10 days to get that info to accounting, so I waited another 10 days still no refund.

I called and E mailed moslty to no response or I was given the run around.I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. After the BBB contacted them the next day they issued a refund. If they try the same thing on you......which they do a lot read the BBB complaint center on them file a complaint ASAP.
