I ordered a pair of Chanel eyeglass frames and requested lay-a-away. After not receiving either a confirmation email or telephone response, I called after a week. "Stanley" told me that he did not have the frames but "expected them soon". I told him to cancel my order. He told me that he was going to keep $25 for a "restocking" fee (a restocking fee for an item he did NOT yet receive) and would only refund me $15.00. I told him I would just cancel the order with American Express. He thereupon became abusive and I hung up on him. He proceeded to leave the most vile, abusively obscene message on my cell phone (the recording of which I have kept). Aside from the fact that he must be the most stupid human being on the planet to leave a message like he did on a cell phone, he should be put out of business and prevented from abusing customers in such a cowardly manner. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN - that is the only way to stop individuals like him! Thank you.
