I ordered a pair of Eye glass frames. I gave the sales person the specific size. She read the size back to me. I have the same frames and wanted to get another pair in a different color, so I could just change the lenses.

Anyhow, the size and model were confirmed again. Actually the sales girl was very nice. Her name was Melissa. Ok, so I receive the frames a few days later and they sent the wrong size. I called them they said they never received a size from me. I asked them to connect me to Melissa. They refused. Jessica the supervisor would not even listen to me. She just talked over me with a nasty angry voice just saying I had to pay the 20% restocking fee and the $12 shipping fee. I asked to speak to the mananger. She put me on hold for about 15 minutes and finally a man named Stanley picked up the phone. Oh MY GOD!! He was even worse them Jessica. He was rude disrespectful and kept saying he doen't have time for this s**t...He has a million dollor company to run. He said that I never gave them the sizes and they sent a standard size. That it was my fault I received the wrong frames and I had to pay the 20% restocking fee and the shiipping fee of 12 dollars. It cost me 4 dollars to return the frames to them. Anyhow, They lied and had abosolutely no respect or concern for me.
