There were several mistakes made by the attorney during discovery. She did not read the documents and provide valid advice. Her office encouraged phone calls and questions and billed her rate for that of associate who also served as receptionist. During discovery meeting the attorney/receptionsit answered multiple phone calls and was distracted adding to the length of the meeting. During meetings with Ms Dolvin she answered her cell phone and carried on perosnal conversations. The attorney permited a deposition and went to the depo unprepared and had not reviewed the emplyment contract/documentation provided to her. Instead of trying to resolve amicably she created a more antagonistic situation with opposing counsel.
