I purchased a speaker through PayPal in October of 2010. The seller shipped the item to my home as planned; however, my mail carrier returned the speaker back to the seller without delivering it to my address. By November 11th, I still had not received the speaker so I contacted the seller to try and get an idea of where it was. No one responded to my email. On November 27th, I emailed the seller again. The seller then emailed me back with the shipping information and I realized it had been returned to the store. At that point, I emailed the seller to verify that the address was indeed correct and waited for him to reship the speaker. He did not respond to my email, onDecember 23I emailed the seller and asked that the he reship the speaker to my home or to refund the funds I paid for the speaker with. NO RESPONSE.

I waited a short time after the holidays thinking that maybe the store had been busy and on January 5th, I sent the seller ANOTHER email as a friendly reminder, in hopes that he would reship or refund my money. During that reminder, I told him that I would be complaining to PayPal and anyone else that would listen about this issue. (I guess he thought I was bluffing). By this time though, the limit on the PayPal disputing system expired. The seller was aware of that expiration and used it to his advantage. The seller refuses to respond to my emails and I just want my money back.


**This event seems to be something the seller does on occasion, and I wanted to ensure I put this out tfor the world to see so that no one else gets taken advantage of. DO NOTdo business with Deja Vu Jewelry!!! Beware!
