Del Mar Terrace Apartments They rent roaches! Phoenix, Arizona

We were shown an apartment that was very nice looking, the pictures on their web site illustrate this, when we asked to see the actual apartment they said it was not ready so they kept reshowing us the model. Yes, we asked more than once and we did not get to see the actual apartment before we rented it.  When we enetered the apartment we found huge black holes holding cabinets together, warped cabinets, the closet doors are warped and refuse to stay on the hinges. Yes, it was upsetting being shown a nice apartment and rented an apartment in this condition, but we could have lived with that. The problem is the place is roach infested! Management told us they would spray for three weeks in a row and to let them know how it was after. They sent them the first week and then they did not return. I went to the office and after telling me they were setting it up for three weeks they said I had to call every week to have them do this. They told me they would do my accent wall for free due to the roaches, which was suppose to be done before we moved in, and then they never did it. When asked they asked who said that then agree again to do it but still to no avail. My daughter will not even stay at home with us because within a month she was raped on the premises and then two weeks later we get broken into, some security they offer.
