Del Rey Travel-Monterey Monterey Finace Monterey Collections Advertised services never attempted to provide Valencia California

In 2011 we were lured into a sale pitch to purchase vacation packages by Del Rey Travel. After paying for 15 months and not receiving the services purchased we informed them we would no longer make payments. This was after 6 attempts to reconcile our account and get the services we were entitled. We were turned over to Monterey Collections, They pounded and hounded is for years by phone and mail. In 2017 they showed up in a credit we report as we were attempting to purchase a retirement home. They had double what we owed them. When contacted to attempt to settle they were belligerent and unprofessional in their deportment. They refused any attempts to mediate. Please note: Del Rey Travel, Monterey Finance and Monterey Collecton are part of the same LLC. They are a full service ripoff and scam service center.
